Where and how do I buy tickets?
• Tickets will be made available for online sales from www.SeeTickets.com
• PLEASE NOTE - you must be registered with the Festival in order to purchase tickets. Visit the Registration Site at www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk.
• Glastonbury Festival will cancel all bookings made using multi-hit software or programs. Festival organisers want to ensure that all those who wish to be at Glastonbury 2007 have a fair and equal chance of becoming a ticket holder.
• Tickets will also be sold through the telephone ticket line 0870 165 2007 (International Sales +44 115 993 4183) Bookings will not be accepted on any other telephone line. There is a queuing system for telephone sales, so be aware you will incur additional telephone charges at national call rate as you wait your turn.
• If tickets sell as quickly as in 2005, it is expected that the majority will be sold online, so that is likely to be your best bet!
• No other site or agency will be allocated tickets, except the Western Daily Press, who will be running a readers offer to buy tickets from April 16th. Any other company or individual claiming to sell Festival tickets is bogus.
How do I pay?
• Payment by card for UK sales (both online and by telephone) will be by the following debit cards only - Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro Domestic and Solo. Credit cards will not be accepted for UK sales. (For the purpose of ticket sales the UK includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.)
• Postal orders and cheques raised by either a building society or a bank (as a Bankers Draft) will also be accepted as payment on the telephone ticket line. Please note personal cheques cannot be accepted. Orders will not be accepted by fax, email or personal callers.
• When you confirm your order you will be given a reference number. Cheques or postal orders, together with that reference number, must be received by the ticket agency within five working days of the sale. The address of SeeTickets
P.O. Box 9091
NOTTINGHAM NG1 9DA.
Cheques must be made out by the bank or building society to Glastonbury Festival 2007 Ltd
How will I know if I have a ticket or not?
• When purchasing online, you will be sent a confirmation email (please check your Spam folder if you do not get it within 24 hours) by See Tickets with a reference number, and when purchasing by telephone you will be told a reference number. In either case write down the reference number and keep it, it is confirmation of your purchase and you may need it.
How do I get car parking or camper/caravan tickets?
• Car Parking and campervan/caravan tickets will be available to purchase in the same transaction as festival tickets. Car parking tickets will cost £10 per vehicle and campervan/caravan tickets will cost £50 per vehicle. Only campervans or caravans with fitted sleeping, and washing or cooking facilities will be allowed into the campervan field. Please check the website for details of which types of vehicles can use these fields.
• If you decide to buy a car park or campervan ticket at a later date, once your festival ticket sales have been confirmed you can telephone 0870 163 1781 (+44 115 993 4183 for international purchasers) to make the purchase. You will be required to give the operator the reference number confirming that you have bought festival tickets.
• Car park tickets and campervan tickets must be purchased in advance, and will be sent out with your festival tickets and routing stickers.
How many tickets can I buy?
• Tickets sales will be restricted to four per person - and a maximum of four per telephone call. Each transaction will be thoroughly checked, and duplicate transactions will be declined - if not at the time of sale, at a later stage when they are identified. Each ticket required may only be purchased if you have a valid registration number for each ticket, i.e. four tickets will require four different unique registration numbers.
• There will be cases where there may be more than one purchase from an address which has multiple occupancy. While that is not a problem, such cases will be checked to ensure there are no duplicate purchases.
Do children of 12 and under need tickets?
• Children aged 12 and under on June 20 2007 when they arrive at the Festival, and when accompanied by a ticket holding adult, are admitted free and do not need a ticket nor do they need to register with the Festival.
• It would be wise to bring ID if the child looks over the age of 12 - otherwise they may not be admitted.
What about children of 13, 14 and 15?
• Children of 13, 14 and 15 will not have to register with the Festival.
• In addition to the four tickets (adults) can purchase in their own right, they will also be able to buy a maximum of two “Child tickets”. These tickets are for children aged 13, 14 and 15, who must be accompanied at the entry gate by that adult.
• “Child tickets” will be the same price as adult tickets.
• “Child tickets” can be bought by the responsible adult accompanying the child, who may have a different surname from that adult. So a parent can buy “child tickets” for one of their offspring and a friend.
• You cannot buy more than two “child tickets”.
• “Child tickets” will carry the photograph of the registered responsible adult and will be overprinted with the word “child”.
International
What if I live outside UK?
• Overseas ticket sales will be handled differently from UK ticket sales. If you are permanently living abroad, you can only buy tickets online, or by telephoning + 44 115 993 4183 using a credit card. No UK sales will be accepted using this process.

• You will need your registration number obtained during the registration process. Registration numbers must be given for EACH person wishing to attend, i.e. to buy two tickets will require two different registration numbers. No tickets may be purchased without a valid registration number.
• PLEASE note - the registration number is linked to a personal facial image that customers would have submitted during the registration process. This image will be printed on the ticket and only that person will be admitted to the Festival.
• Tickets booked by someone not going, (e.g. a parent, etc.) who is booking for two other people, will have the tickets posted to the first named ticket holder.
• You will need your debit card to hand to give all the necessary information to complete your purchase.
• If you change your address between completing the sale and May 5, please telephone SeeTickets on 0870 060 3794. You will not be able to change the name on the ticket.
What ID do I need to get into the Festival?
• All tickets will be personalised with a full colour facial image submitted during the registration process and checks will be made at the gates. If you are clearly not the person whose face is printed on the ticket you will be denied entry. Please refer to the Registration Site for more information on facial images.

• Cheques will be banked immediately they are received, personal cheques are not acceptable

• If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left giving you instructions on how to contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery, either to your home address on another date or an alternative address where you will need to provide ID at the point of delivery.
